If I ever go out walking and meet a kindred spirit who actually likes photographing bark as much as I do, I will kick their shins and steal their camera because the trees are mine, all of them, all the lumpy trees belong to me.

The other thing I saw in the forest this week was tree bark. I took about 8 million photos of tree bark. And maybe it’s just because I’ve been drawing a lot of naked women lately, but to me some of them look distinctly gynaecological.
