The other thing I saw in the forest this week was tree bark. I took about 8 million photos of tree bark. And maybe it’s just because I’ve been drawing a lot of naked women lately, but to me some of them look distinctly gynaecological.
Sure, robins are cute. But they’re jerks. This one especially.

I’m trying to get back into figure-based stuff. Looking back at older work, I now realize two unnerving things: 1) I have a terrible track record when it comes to finishing things and 2) I used to be better at drawing than I am now.
